I have sent an item to you what happens next?
We will send you an email when your envelope has arrived at our workshop. Royal mail special delivery guarantees arrival by 1pm on the next working day. We will usually email you on the day we receive your envelope. The email will also give you an idea of the time needed to give you an accurate quote.
When we have your quote ready, we will send an email explaining the repair procedure and the cost of the repair.

I have my quote, what happens next?
The email will contain payment Details/contains a link to our payment system. If you wish to pay by bank transfer you will find our bank details in the email.
When your payment is in our account we will start work on your repair. If there are any details that you need to know about your repair we will contact you.
Having completed the repair we will return the item to you by royal mail special delivery. We will email envelope tracking number.

I want to save time and not request a prepaid envelope. Can I just send the item by special delivery?
Yes you can! But why not take advantage of our prepaid envelope and you only pay for postage if you decide to go ahead with the repair.

What if I am not happy with the repair?
This would be a very unusual situation to find yourself in. We pride ourselves in our very high standards! We would do everything possible to rectify the situation.
